The International Rights Centre (IRC)
The Vilnius Book Fair, the largest literary event in the Baltic region, continues to grow its international profile and is proud to introduce the first edition of the International Rights Centre (IRC). We warmly invite international rights sellers (agents, publishers, organisations, scouts, and others) to connect with industry professionals attending the fair and to explore collaboration opportunities in the literary heart of the Baltics.
The International Rights Centre will take place on the first two days of the fair, 26–27 February 2026.
Its mission is to foster professional dialogue, promote literary exchange, and support long-term partnerships both within the region and internationally. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience the Vilnius Book Fair, a key literary hub in the region.
The International Rights Centre at the Vilnius Book Fair is organised by the Lithuanian Publishers’ Association in cooperation with the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO.
What we provide:
- A table for meetings in a dedicated area within the fairgrounds
- A pass to enter the Vilnius Book Fair
- A two or three-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Centre depending on registration and availability
- Assistance with organising B2B meetings
- Participation in at least one social event
Registration fee:
- €100 for one day (Thursday or Friday)
- €150 for two days (Thursday and Friday)
€25 for an additional company participant at the same table, including fair entry

Registration is closed: all spots have been filled.
Availability is extremely limited. Only 10 spots are available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure broad international representation, priority may be given to one participant per country. Registration is confirmed once payment has been received.
